Return Time Frame
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted.

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, send the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or style are subject to availability. Please contact us at [email protected] request an exchange.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
